TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure all appointments and event dates. No booking is
confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits will be deducted from the final balance.
Payments
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the appointment unless agreed otherwise.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.
- Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit.
- Any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the full balance being charged.
Bridal Bookings
For bridal bookings, a signed agreement and deposit are required to secure the wedding date. Bridal
deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable due to the reservation of the date.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or
cancellation of the appointment. Full payment may still be required.
Client Responsibility
Clients must inform Creativity by Tee of any:
- Allergies
- Skin conditions
- Sensitivities
- Medical conditions
- Previous reactions to products or treatments
Creativity by Tee will not be held responsible for reactions where relevant information has not been
disclosed.
Makeup & Hair Preparation
Clients are asked to arrive with:
- A clean makeup-free face for makeup appointments
- Clean, dry hair for hairstyling appointments unless otherwise advised
Hygiene & Safety
Strict hygiene and sanitation procedures are followed at all times. All brushes and tools are sanitised
between clients to maintain professional standards.
Photographs & Social Media
Photos and videos may be taken before, during, or after appointments for portfolio and social media
purposes. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish for your images to be shared.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed. If you
are unhappy with any aspect of the service, concerns must be raised during the appointment so
adjustments can be made where possible.
Travel Fees
Travel charges may apply for mobile appointments and bridal bookings outside the local area. Parking costs
or accommodation, if required, must be covered by the client.
Respectful Behaviour
Creativity by Tee reserves the right to refuse or terminate appointments where inappropriate, aggressive, or
disrespectful behaviour is displayed.
